I just found your site today – two years after you posted this video. It is still as relevant today as the day you created it! You nailed almost every symptom I have been dragging myself through for the last two years. It was so reassuring to hear you speak of optimal vs normal because all my doctor keeps telling me is that my test results are “normal” and they suggest OTHER conditions they would treat: like the fatigue, sleeplessness, and high blood pressure. I have been digging into the diet issues as I have dealt with soy and dairy allergies for years, so I am encouraged to think I can find some more resources to beat this thing!
